About Us

HURRA Group services are divided into two forms:

· Online background checks

· Scrutiny of references.

Quick Background Checks

We provide SBCs quality background checks, which is the first step in bringing factual information about the job applicant. HURRA Group has formed alliances with companies with databases of more than 400 million criminal records, millions of photos as well as access to national and international public information on individuals. This information can be obtained quickly, often in less than 48 hours.  This information is provided in an easy-to-read-and understand format.

All the small business has to do is to send us either the company’s job application form—or our own—filled out with the necessary information by the prospective employee and we take care of the rest.

Scrutiny of References—Beyond background checking

HURRA Group pays special attention to references. In addition to the background check information, we think references are perhaps the most important part of the hiring process. People differ enormously in their interview.  Some, especially natural extroverted individuals, tend do exceedingly well, while introverted people tend to do less well or even poorly.  This interview performance may or may not have anything to do with actual job performance. Analysis of previous job performance, on the other hand, is like a credit history: it gives a good indication of future job behavior and performance.  Unfortunately, often companies who receive reference requests either take a long time to answer, do not answer at all, or their replies offer information of little or no value .

HURRA Group makes the necessary follow-up to make sure you receive prompt reference replies according to certain simple evaluation parameters, which will provide far more significant information about the job applicant than the standard reference reply, “John Doe worked for us from June 26, 2001 to October 15, 2008 and he performed satisfactorily.”

Many companies, fearing legal problems, are gun-shy with respect to putting down in black and white information or evaluations—which could be considered “opinions” that might result in a former employee not getting a job and will not want to sign such a document.  We can obviate such concerns.
